Downstairs: the two bedrooms in the railway carriage are narrow as you'd expect - one with twin beds (opening into the lounge) and one with bunks, which is next to the shower room and loo - handy in the middle of the night!

Upstairs is a double room with windows looking front and back, and a single, with an optional folding bed. We also have a travel cot, which can be put up in any of the bedrooms except the one with bunks, for reasons of space.

Each bed has two pillows and a duvet, and extra covers for chilly nights. All bedrooms have free standing electric radiators, plus a chest of drawers, hanging space, bedside lights and mirror. A hairdryer is kept in the double room.

All pillows and mattresses have protective covers on them. Guests can either bring their own bedlinen and towels, or we can make up beds for an extra £7 per night for each person (or £6 if you make up your own beds).

Please bring your own towels for swimming or the beach (Hunstanton and Kings Lynn both have leisure centres and pools).

Kitchen linen is provided.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE SHOWER, AND ONE TOILET INDOORS - a consideration for larger groups. There is another loo outside in the shed - probably the one fitted way back in the 1930s! It's perfectly useable, although has to be flushed with a bucket of water filled from the tap next to best used by the nostalgic, the adventurous or the merely desperate!
